Return & Refund Eligibility

You can request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order, but only in the following cases:

✅ Wrong Item Received – If you receive a different product than what was ordered.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Proof of damage or incorrect items (images/videos) must be shared with our team for verification.
  • Returns will only be accepted if reported within 3 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Refund?

4️⃣ If approved, the refund will be processed within 4-5 working days after the returned product is received.

🚫 No Returns/Refunds for:

  • Products that are not defective or damaged.
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery.
  • Used products or items without original packaging.
